Review before launch This notice describes what this website actually does today. If you add analytics, a newsletter, embedded maps or anything else that handles personal data, update it.

Who is responsible

Sky Visuals is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@skyvisuals.example. REPLACE ME: add your full name or registered business name and postal address.

What this website collects

Enquiry form. If you send an enquiry, I receive the name, email address, project type, preferred date and message you type, and the form records nothing else about you. It is used only to reply to you and to take the booking forward. Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend (resend.com), which processes the message on my behalf. I keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of work I carry out, and you can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Spam protection. The form uses a hidden field, a timing check and a per-address rate limit to filter out bots. These do not store personal data beyond a short-lived count of recent requests in server memory.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and video are served from the same site, not from third parties.

Embedded video. If a video on this site is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, it only loads when you press play, using their privacy-enhanced modes. At that point the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; see their privacy policies.

Hosting. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how it is used, by emailing hello@skyvisuals.example. If you are in Ireland or the EU/UK you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission).
